Shipping policy
Your MARIE c. order is shipped to you with loads of love as soon as possible.
Everything is wrapped by hand in our studio and usually shipped within 3-5 working days after receiving your order. For some orders we need some more extra time.
If you need your order urgently please select the express delivery option.
If an item you ordered is out of stock and hence cannot be delivered immediately, we will let you know by messaging you.
The MARIE c. online store ships worldwide to all destinations.
DELIVERY AND RETURN
If you, for some reason, do not like your MARIE c. design or if it does not fit perfectly, you can return or exchange all the pieces within 14 days of receipt of the product.
We only accept returns if the products have not been worn, are fully intact and placed in the original packaging.
We cannot take responsibility for the damage or loss of any items from the order during the transit back to our studio.
The customer is also responsible for the return shipping costs. They are not covered by MARIE c.
It is important for us to put your confirmation e-mail and a note inside your return.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your MARIE c. item for another size or colour please drop us an e-mail to info@marie-c.com with your order number. We can then check if the item is available for you. Exchanges are shipped back to the customer free of charge.
REFUND
After receiving your package and checking the pieces, your refund will be credited to your account according to the payment method you have selected.
Please note, that we cannot return the shipping costs. Also we do not offer refunds for uncollected packages.
