RETURNING AN ORDER

To request a return, please use our online return portal before sending your parcel.

START A RETURN OR CANCELLATION

Sign in using the email address connected to your order. You will receive a six-digit verification code by email.

Select the relevant order and the pieces you would like to return, choose a reason and submit your request.

Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive an email with further return instructions.

Please do not send your parcel before receiving these instructions. This allows us to identify and monitor your return.

Customers bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please use an insured and trackable shipping service and keep your proof of posting until your refund has been completed.

After posting your return, please email the carrier and tracking number to shop@marie-c.com.
