SHIPPING

Every MARIE c. piece is prepared and carefully packed by hand in our Munich studio.

Unless a different delivery time is stated on the product page, orders are prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days after order confirmation and receipt of payment.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Standard delivery: approximately 5–7 business days
Express delivery: approximately 2–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance or circumstances beyond our control.

The available shipping methods and the exact shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you place your order.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, where available.

For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply. These charges are collected by the local authorities or carrier and must be paid by the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

You may declare your withdrawal through the electronic cancellation function on our website or by sending a clear statement to:

Please include your name and order number so that we can identify your order.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER

After declaring your withdrawal, you must send the goods back within a further 14 days.

Before posting your return, please email us your order number, the returned items, the carrier and the tracking number. This helps us identify and monitor your parcel. Providing this information is not a condition of your statutory right of withdrawal.

Customers bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You may choose your own shipping provider. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable service and keeping the proof of posting until your refund has been completed.

If we offer you a prepaid return label, we will inform you of its price before you choose it. If you agree to use the label, its cost will be deducted from your refund.

Please package the jewellery carefully. Where possible, use the original packaging. Missing original packaging alone does not exclude your statutory right of withdrawal.

You may inspect and try on the jewellery in the same way as you would in a shop. You are responsible only for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and condition of the goods.

REFUNDS

We will refund the relevant purchase price using the original payment method.

If you withdraw from the complete order, we will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional costs for express or premium delivery are not refundable.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges through the online shop. If you would like another size, material or design, please return the original item and place a new order.

PERSONALISED PIECES

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to pieces that have been individually made or altered according to your personal specifications.

Selecting a standard size, material or option offered in our online shop does not automatically make a piece personalised.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info ( @ )marie-c.com.

In these cases, we will arrange the return and bear the necessary return costs. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
